Trail Head Directions

Take exit 10 off CT route 9 (Aircraft Road). Go straight at the light towards the Pratt and Whitney plant. About .5 mile down look for sign on right Mattabesett Trail. Also look for blue blazes at the side of the road. Park here and enter trail on the left hand side of the road (north side).

Hiking Directions

Take the trail heading north. Shortly you will come to an trail intersection. Bear Hill South Loop trail is on the left, and Mattabesett is on right. Take the Mattabesett trail on the right. After about 10 minute hike along the ridge, you will come to the falls at sharp left hand turn in the trail.
