Trail Head Directions

From intersection of CT route 4 and route 69 in Burlington, head east on route 4 for .5 miles to Covey road. Take a left onto Covey road and follow 1.0 miles to Hotchkiss road. After .2 miles on Hotchkiss road, there is a parking area on the right, park here. The falls are down the hill to the left. The trail head to the Tuxis trail is across the street on the right.

Hiking Directions

There is no defined and blazed trail to the falls. Head down to the river. Walking upstream slightly will lead to a more gentle bank were you can approach the top of the falls. If you walk downstream slightly back from the river, through a gully, you can look down the cliff into the gorge.
